Dear Teacher,

We are keen to obtain your feedback on the impacts of the Junior Active Leader course on your pupils, as well as on the other children in your school. We are particularly interested in any changes you have seen in levels of enjoyment in activity and participation across the school. Your feedback, together with the pupil surveys and our school visits will create an independent report on the effectiveness of the Junior Active Leader programme.
