How To Play: Players stand together in a circle and hold right hands with the person opposite. They then link left hands with another person. This creates a knot. Without unlinking hands players aim to unravel the knot to end up in a circle with hands linked.
Safety: Make sure players don’t pull each other and stretch arms and joints!
